Our Story
I am Punya, a successful academic advisor for Global MBA programs in University of Arizona, Global Campus. I always had entrepreneurial spirit in my blood as my dad was a furniture seller. When I turned pregnant in 2022, I quit my job. During my 2nd trimester, I pulled my husband with me to shop labor essentials and cute clothes for the new born. We searched almost every shop we could for hours, but nothing excited me much.
My husband, being a product manager in a technology firm, asked me "Why do we have to search several stores for hours? This is causing added distress to your pregnancy. I believe you can create something in this sector that makes things pleasant and convenient for others".
That exact moment "Maternaa" born in my mind. Why can't I create a brand that makes new parents feel better through every essential products pre and post pregnancy making the entire pregnancy journey a breeze. It took a year for us to build an eco-friendly, infant focussed brand that exemplifies Trust and Care.
